We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your tour date, your payment, less a $10 per person fee, will be refunded to you. You may change your reservation date or time, one time, more than 14 days prior to your originally scheduled tour at no charge. No refunds or reschedules permitted with less than 14 days notice. Your tour reservation is transferable.
If you do not meet Our Requirements at check-in you will not be permitted to zip and you will not receive a refund.
If your tour is cancelled due to weather or another unforeseeable condition, you may reschedule for another available day or time, you may request a Re-Zip Certificate and reschedule at a later date, or you may request a full refund. Your choice.
If you arrive late and your tour is already on the course, you will not be permitted to join your tour and you will not receive a refund. Your tour and SkyGuides will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not.
In order to give our staff adequate time for check-in, and for you to prepare for your tour, we require you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. If you are not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, your space will be forfeited.

Groups of 8 - 24 are $90 per person
Groups of 25-49 are $85 per person
Groups of 50+ are $80 per person
